Michael Stilb has over 43 years of experience in the field of commercial and residential real estate development, encompassing management and brokerage, budget and finance, construction management and general contracting, marketing and leasing, and site analysis and utilization. Mr. Stilb was affiliated with Tekton Homes in 1972 as an Assistant Vice President, with Haven Development & Management Corporation as Vice President from 1972-1983, with HDC, Inc. as Vice President and Principal from 1983-1986, and with CBRE from 1987-2014 as Managing Director of Asset Services. Mr. Stilb is currently the Managing Partner of three office complexes, two shopping centers, one hospitality resort, and two self-storage facilities. As President, Michael oversees a third-party management portfolio in excess of two million square feet. Mr. Stilb’s valuable experience is essential to his successful leadership as the owner of Tucson’s top building management company.
Michael attended the University of Arizona, majoring in Landscape Architecture/Land Planning. He currently is a member of the Tucson Airport Authority and the Executive Committee of the Arizona Aerospace Foundation (Pima Air Museum).
Carolyn is responsible for all phases of accounting for M.A.S. Real Estate Services, M.A.S. Development, and all managed properties. She works closely with the Property Managers and Property Owners, oversees the Accounting Department, Human Resources, and processes company payroll.
Carolyn Thurston graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in economics and joined MAS Real Estate Services in 2004. Carolyn has been involved in real estate accounting for 19 years, with experience in REIT, Joint Venture and Third-Party real estate accounting. She began her career at Regency Centers, LP as a Lease Administrator and eventually was promoted to the role of Accounting Supervisor. Currently, she is responsible for all financial aspects of a portfolio with an NOI of $11 million and total leasable area of 3 million square feet.
Robert Malin is the Construction Manager of M.A.S. Development, Inc. and has 50 years construction and construction management experience Mr. Malin provides services including; constructability and design review, conceptual estimating, preliminary budgeting, value engineering, scheduling and final project contract budget. He has managed the construction of retail, office, industrial and medical facilities, including the supervision of project attorneys, architects, planners, engineers and contractors on each project. Mr. Malin is a great asset to our building management company as a project manager.
Robert attended the University of San Francisco and the College of San Mateo.
Senior Property Manager
Andrea Krug has been the Senior Property Manager with M.A.S. Real Estate Services, Inc., since 2002. Ms. Krug has over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate and the management of retail, office, and self storage properties. Her current management portfolio includes approximately 600,000 SF of retail and office properties in Tucson, Arizona. Andrea’s experience includes oversight of building and vendor staff, development of annual operating budgets, construction management, negotiating service contracts, lease coordination, construction budget preparation, operating expense and common area maintenance reconciliations and property transitions.
Senior Property Manager
Heather Baron has been involved in Tucson Real Estate since 2001. Heather has worked in residential sales, new home construction operations, project management, and commercial real estate management to include retail, office, multi family, and assisted living facilities. Her current portfolio includes over 1,000,000 square feet of office, government, storage, and retail space to include Tucson Marketplace at the Bridges. Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, is an active member of CREW, CCIM of Southern Arizona, and serves on the board of directors for BOMA International.
Lety has been with M.A.S. Real Estate Services, Inc., since 2014 and holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in the state of Arizona, and a degree in Social Services. Her current portfolio includes numerous Federal and State Government-leased properties, including the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), U.S. Marshalls Service, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, U.S. Census Bureau, Social Security Administration, and State of Arizona Department of Economic Security and Department of Child Services offices.
Lety is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in Tucson and the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Senior Property Accountant
Debi joined MAS Real Estate Services in May of 2018 with over 30 years of accounting experience. She is responsible for the day-to-day receivables and payables, maintaining bank accounts, and preparation of all monthly financial reports for her portfolio of properties.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, she began her accounting career with a Tucson-based commercial retail and office property management company. Thereafter, she served as an Accounting Manager. Debi furthered her accounting and operations management career with several non-profit organizations, including hunting and wildlife conservation, education, golf, and Social Services.
Rose’s accounting experience exceeds 40 years. She is responsible for the day-to-day receivables and payables, maintaining bank accounts, and preparation of all monthly financial reports for her portfolio of properties.
Rose’s accounting experience includes commercial real estate accounting, bookkeeping duties for a National CPA firm, certified payroll preparation, and over 30 years with a wholesale and retail Gas & Propane corporation.
Victoria joined MAS Real Estate Services as an intern after graduating from the University of Arizona in 2016. Since joining the team she has provided support to all departments including reception, accounting, and property management. When she is not learning the ropes, you can usually find her reading a book.
Linda Mitchell joined M.A.S. Real Estate Services, Inc., in 2015. Linda comes to M.A.S. Real Estate Services with over 30 years combined property management and legal experience. She is responsible for assisting the President and Property Managers in a variety of day-to-day property administrative activities and special projects related to M.A.S. Development.
Linda holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona.
Debie has 30+ years of accounting/admin experience from construction equipment rentals, Automotive/RV accounting and now property management. She has been with the MAS team for a little over 2 years and enjoys her work very much. She grew up on a farm in Ohio, and being the oldest of 6 has always worked as a part of a team. Debie believes team work truly does make the dream work.
