Michael StilbMichael Stilb
Mr. Stilb has over thirty-five years of experience in the field of commercial and residential real estate development, encompassing management and brokerage, budget and finance, construction management and general contracting, marketing and leasing, and site analysis and utilization. Mr. Stilb was affiliated with Tekton Homes in 1972 as an Assistant Vice President, from 1972-1983 with Haven Development & Management Corporation as Vice President, and from 1983-1986 with HDC, Inc. as Vice President and Principal. Mr. Stilb is currently the Managing Partner of four office complexes, three shopping centers and two self storage facilities.

Mike attended the University of Arizona, majoring in Landscape Architecture/Land Planning. He currently is a member of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee of the Arizona Aerospace Foundation.

Property Management Team:

Paul Coady, Director of Asset Services
Paul is a results oriented professional with more than 30 years experience in commercial real estate and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Arizona. He has a wide range of experience in all areas of property management, with concentrations in tenant/owner relations, property acquisition/disposition, budget development, construction/tenant improvement, major capital projects and leasing strategy/responsibility. Paul's local experience includes 2 years with Bourn Partners, LLC in Tucson as Director of Property Management. Previously he worked with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas of Chicago, IL as a Vice President/Group Manager from 1995 - 2002.

Paul is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Business, Management Program and the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business, Real Estate Program where he received the RAM designation.

Andrea Krug, Senior Property Manager
Andrea is a Property Manager for CBRE Tucson Management Services, LLC and has been with the company for 11 years. Andrea manages office, retail, and self-storage facilities. Her responsibilities include preparation of annual budgets, reconciling common area maintenance charges, monthly management reports, and management of accounts receivables. She is involved in construction management for the company, which includes selection of design materials, coordinating subcontractors, preparing job cost estimates, and ordering materials.

Andrea has been a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for 5 years, and currently serves as Treasurer for the Tucson Board of Directors.

Clarissa Lopez, Property Manager
Clarissa Lopez is a Property Manager for M.A.S. Real Estate Services, Inc. and CBRE Tucson Management Services, LLC and has been with the company for 4 years. Clarissa manages retail, office and industrial facilities. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of her assets, annual preparation of budgets, reconciling common area maintenance charges, and preparing monthly Management Reports. Clarissa is involved with the company's construction management, which includes preparing job cost estimates, coordinating subcontractors, ordering materials and scheduling inspections.

Melanie Reese, Senior Property Manager
Melanie Reese is the on-site Manager at El Con Mall in Tucson. Melanie began with El Con in 1994 and joined the CBRE Tucson Management Services team in 2003. She currently oversees the accounting and financial projects for El Con and assists with the day-to-day management of the center. Melanie is involved with the redevelopment and coordination of the mall and assists with all aspects of El Con Mall relating to tenants, owners and construction.

Melanie is a graduate of University of Arizona College of Business. She holds a Certified Shopping Center Manager designation through the International Council of Shopping Centers.

John Samuelson, Operations Manager
John Samuelson has been the Operations Manager of El Con Mall since 1986. He has been a part of the CBRE Tucson Management Services team since 2003. He currently oversees the security, maintenance and facilities management operations for El Con and assists in the day-to-day management of the center. John is involved with redevelopment and construction projects relating to El Con.

John is a graduate of Bowling Green State University College of Business. He has served as a member of the City of Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code Committee as well as a member of the Broadway/Alvernon Area Plan Committee.

Accounting Team:

Cindy Brown, Controller
Cindy Brown joined CBRE Tucson Management Services as Controller in 2002, overseeing the Accounting Department. She has been involved in third party commercial property management for over 25 years. For 17 years, she was a member of the Del E. Webb Realty & Management, Grubb & Ellis and CB Richard Ellis management teams for the Williams Centre in Tucson, two Class A Office Buildings totaling 355,000 square feet, serving as the onsite full-charge Bookkeeper. Additionally, she assisted with the management of the office complex and the Williams Centre Association. During her time at the Williams Centre, she also performed accounting services for numerous other retail and industrial managed properties.

Today, Cindy is responsible for all phases of accounting for CBRE Tucson Management Services, M.A.S. Real Estate Services, M.A.S. Development and all managed properties. She works closely with the Property Managers and Property Owners, oversees the Accounting Department, and processes company payroll.

Carolyn Thurston, Senior Property Accountant
Carolyn Thurston joined CBRE Tucson Management Services 2004. Carolyn has been involved in real estate accounting for 8 years, with experience in REIT, Joint Venture and Third Party real estate accounting. She began her career at Regency Centers, LP as a Lease Administrator and eventually was promoted to the role of Accounting Supervisor. Currently, she is responsible for all financial aspects of a portfolio with an NOI of $11 million and total leasable area of 2.5 million square feet.

Eileen Cook, Property Accountant
Eileen Cook has been a Property Accountant for M.A.S. Real Estate Services, Inc. and CBRE Tucson Management Services, LLC for 3 years. Currently Eileen is handling 12 properties. She is responsible for the day-to-day receivables and payables, maintaining bank accounts, and preparation of all monthly reports for property activity. Eileen also performs the day-to-day accounting functions for both M.A.S. Real Estate Services and M.A.S. Development.

Eileen holds an associates degree in accounting from Green River Community College near Seattle, Washington. She has over 9 years of accounting experience with 3 years specializing in property management, and 5+ years with a CPA firm.

Stephen Greene, Property Accountant
Steve Greene joined CBRE Tucson Management Services in 2007, handling the property accounting functions for the Colorado properties in our portfolio. He has over 15 years of property accounting experience for several large corporations. He was responsible for the accounting for numerous properties, supervised the accounts receivable and payables, prepared financial statements and generated the various monthly reports for both management and owners.

Steve graduated from Columbia Union College in 1993 with degrees in both accounting and computer science information systems. He currently holds an inactive CPA license from the State of Maryland.

Kathy Luttery, Property Accountant
Kathy Luttery is also a Property Accountant for M.A.S. Real Estate Services, Inc. and CBRE Tucson Management Services, LLC and has been with the company for just under one year. She is responsible for handling the bank accounts, the receivables and payables, and preparation of monthly reports for property activity. Kathy works with 12 properties in the Tucson area.

Kathy holds an associates degree in general education from Cerritos Community College in California. Kathy has 20+ years of accounting experience in property management, credit and collections, and accounts receivable/payable.
