CBRE Tucson Management Services
We are a property management company of third party properties. Paul Coady is the designated broker. Out of the Tucson office we mange El Con Mall, Heritage Plaza, Catalina Plaza, Foothills Corporate Center, Desert Square and others. We also manage and/or do accounting for CBRE managed properties in Phoenix, Colorado, Ohio and Tennessee.

Scope of Services
CBRE's management team develops and implements a value enhancement plan for each unique asset focusing on revenue enhancement and operational efficiency, as well as service excellence. The following items will be addressed and implemented within the initial 90 days from commencement of the management assignment. Many of the items will be ongoing.

  • Provide fully integrated management and accounting service teams. Our experience has proven that this arrangement makes for a cohesive team able to provide you with better and faster communications. It also means that many daily tasks can be handled more quickly and efficiently simply due to the proximity of the team players.
  • Provide the staff and commence utilization of CBRE's best practices from similar properties located in Southern Arizona.
  • Commence the relationship-building process with all tenants as they become oriented to CBRE by implementing our tenant relations program.
  • Review and abstract all tenant leases for property set-up and evaluate all leases for correct lease administration, i.e., rent increases, common area maintenance reconciliations, option periods, etc.
  • Abstract and review all vendor services. Put in place any negotiated prices where savings may be achieved.
  • Conduct property inspections three times per week (a) monitor vendor performance, (b) meet with various tenants on an informal basis, (c) ensure the compliance with all lease terms and conditions, and (d) note general property conditions.
  • Be responsive to the property and all tenants on a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week basis.
